Mike conducts “Healing PTSD” training seminars throughout the country, training prayer ministers, clergy, chaplains, and counselors to utilize a healing prayer model to bring restoration to those suffering with PTSD.
Julie Kresl Richards Julie is dedicated to helping individuals find freedom and embrace their God-given identity with prophetic authority and encouragement. As a prophetic coach, speaker, teacher, and author, Julie consults with business owners, government leaders, and entrepreneurs, offering personal insight, wisdom, direction, and encouragement. She also trains adults in spiritual direction, freedom, and the art of hearing God for themselves and others. Julie’s journey began in the public school system, where she spent 17 years excelling as a Nationally Board-Certified teacher. She trained district staff and positively influenced her school environment as a team leader. Despite her success, Julie felt a deeper calling. One day, she prayed for a transition to coaching adults in seeking greater freedom. That very day, her prayers were answered, and she transitioned from public educator to professional encourager. For the past eight years, Julie has worked with business leaders and owners, providing prophetic insight through “Memos From the Head Office.” Her gift of encouragement has been a catalyst for many in realizing their God-sized dreams. Currently, Julie collaborates closely with business owners and influencers, helping them bring their visions to life. She also hosts multiple coaching groups designed for Christians ready to break free from limitations and step into a life filled with renewed hope, purpose, and spiritual empowerment through prophecy. Find Julie on Social Media at Julie Kresl Richards or on her website www.juliekreslrichards.com.

Pastor Micah Burns Micah Burns has known and walked with Jesus for 22 years. He has been happily married to Bourne Burns for 21 years. Together, they've raised 3 amazing daughters: Stella, Maven, and Hazel. For the past 9 years, Micah has served as co-pastor at Beach Chapel with his wife Bourne. He is passionate to see people break free from passivity and powerfully show up in their relationships. He believes deeply that God desires to be known by us and for us to be known by Him.
